Own sponge capacity, plus the mill network that finishes it
We are not a trading desk, and we are not a single-plant mill either. Our own plant produces sponge titanium. Forging, rolling, drawing and finishing are done by long-term partner mills that we audit on a fixed cycle. That combination is deliberate — see how we supply for exactly which stage happens where.
Who we are
Built around two ideas: control the process, document everything
China makes more titanium than any other country, and the industry has spent the past decade moving from raw sponge to finished aerospace and medical grade material. Our export, documentation and quality team sits in Beijing, working directly with the plants where the metal is melted and rolled.
Our own plant produces sponge titanium — the reduction and distillation end, where oxygen, nitrogen, iron and particle size are decided. Everything downstream runs at partner mills we have worked with for years and audit on a fixed cycle, and each shipment keeps its original heat number and its mill of record. Keeping testing and release in our own hands is deliberate: when a heat fails a check, we find out before the material is packed, not after it clears customs.
Most of our customers are distributors, machine shops and OEMs in Europe, North America and East Asia who already buy titanium from somewhere else. They come to us for the two things that are hardest to get from an intermediary: a consistent heat, and paperwork that matches it every time.
What we do not do
Capability
Equipment and process scope
Every stage below is marked with where it runs. This is the list your auditor should start from — the same one we hand to SGS, TUV or BV before a plant visit.
| Stage | Where | Equipment | Capability |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sponge production | Our plant | Reduction and distillation lines | Grade 0 to Grade 1 sponge titanium |
| Melting | Audited partner | Vacuum arc remelting furnaces | Ingot up to 6 t, Grade 1 to Grade 23 |
| Forging | Audited partner | Hydraulic press and radial forging machine | Billet and bar stock down to 60 mm |
| Rolling | Audited partner | Hot rolling mill, cold rolling mill | Plate 4–100 mm, sheet 0.3–4 mm |
| Tube production | Audited partner | Extrusion press, cold pilger mill | Seamless tube 4–114 mm OD |
| Finishing | Audited partner | Peeling, centreless grinding, straightening | ±0.05 mm tolerance, 1.5 mm/m straightness |
| Heat treatment | Audited partner | Vacuum annealing furnaces | Stress relief and full anneal cycles |
| Machining | Audited partner | CNC turning, milling, threading | Fasteners, flanges and custom parts |
| Testing and release | Our QC | Chemistry, mechanicals, dimensional, UT | Run at partner labs and third-party agencies, released under our signature |

Where our material goes
We ship in LCL and FCL, and we are used to the documentation requirements of each market below.
Regions served: Europe, North America, Middle East, South and East Asia, Oceania, South America.
Milestones
How the plant grew
2013 — founded as a sponge titanium producer
Started with reduction lines serving domestic alloy producers, which is where we learned the chemistry end of the business first.
2016 — first export orders
Began shipping to Germany and South Korea through distributors, and built the export documentation process around them.
2019 — partner mill network formalised
Long-term agreements with forging and rolling mills, each brought under our own audit cycle and documentation control.
2021 — aerospace and medical approvals
AS9100D and ISO 13485 certification, opening Grade 5 and Grade 23 ELI business.
2024 — quality scope widened
Finishing and testing scope extended across the partner network; ultrasonic inspection to AMS-STD-2154 Class A1 brought into the release routine.
